What do you use in your products?

We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in our baked goods, including real butter, whole eggs, and fresh fruit and nuts. We don’t use preservatives in any of our products. We suggestion consumption within 24 hours of receipt for the best experience / ideal freshness.

Do you offer Allergy-friendly items?

Billy’s Bakery is NOT a nut-free nor gluten-free facility. While peanuts / tree nuts and gluten may not be a key ingredient in every one of our menu items, all our menu items are produced in the same kitchen where products containing allergens are created. Though best practices are used in the preparation of our menu items, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. We have processes in place to minimize that from happening, however allergen particles are airborne in our common kitchen and therefore, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact with other products will not occur.  If you are highly sensitive to specific allergens, please know that we will do our best but cannot guarantee your order will not come in contact with an allergen somewhere in the process. As a result, we cannot recommend our products for people with nut allergies or celiac disease. With this disclaimer and warning, we will not accept responsibility for any reaction you may have with products from our bakery.

Are your Kosher?

We are not Kosher. 

Should I refrigerate my cake or cupcakes?

Try to eat your cupcakes as soon as possible—they’ll taste freshest that way. In the event you cannot eat them all in one day,  we do NOT recommend refrigeration; they keep best in an airtight container at room temperature. Of course, cheesecakes, icebox cakes, and cold pies should be refrigerated!  We suggestion consumption within 24 hours of receipt for the best experience / ideal freshness.

Can I freeze my cake or cupcakes?

Absolutely! Frozen cake can taste just as good as the day it was first served if it is wrapped tightly with plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn. Simply pull the item out of the freezer the day before you plan to eat it and allow to rest to room temperature. For cakes, this can take 3-5 hours; cupcakes require a bit less time.

What kind of coffee and espresso do you sell?

All of our coffee and espresso drinks are made with coffee beans from Partners Coffee based out of Brooklyn, NY.

Do you ship nationally?

We ship some of our products nationally. We're continually testing shipping methods to add more products to this offering.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In-store, we also accept NFC payments (GPay & ApplePay) and cash (no bills larger than $20, please).

Do you have a mailing list?
