Do you offer same-day deliveries?

We offer same-day delivery of in-stock items. Please NOTE that delivery is facilitated by DoorDash bicycle couriers. We assume ***NO RESPONSIBILITY*** for their mishandling of your order once it leaves the bakery.  Our guarantee is that your item(s) will taste great! If you need a guarantee that they will LOOK great, you should arrange to pickup the items yourself.

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

Unfortunately, all orders must be paid in full upon placement of order. 

Do you charge for deliveries?

Deliveries in (most areas of ) Manhattan are available from 8AM-5PM daily. We also deliver to most parts of Brooklyn and Queens. Fees are calculated by zip code in the checkout process.

We apologize however we cannot guarantee an EXACT time of delivery, only windows specified in the checkout process. If this does not work for you, we can outsource to a courier that can guarantee delivery by a specific 3hr window for an additional fee. Just leave a 'Note for Billy's Bakery' upon checkout, and we'll be in touch.

Please call for availability on different times/days or other areas of Manhattan. Deliveries outside of specific zones and times are subject to additional charges for courier service. Send us an email with the exact address, and we will be happy to give you a quote.

What if I am not available to receive my delivery?

We only attempt to deliver once so please make sure you or your recipient is home during the specified window AND answers their phone when the driver calls on the number provided. If the recipient fails to answer, the driver will return the baked goods to the bakery and further delivery arrangements will have to be made and paid for by the customers placing the order to have a re-delivery.  The driver will ONLY call upon arrival at your designated location.  Our contracted delivery service will ONLY be able to wait at the location no more than 5 minutes. Your request for a re-delivery attempt is another full delivery charge. 

Additional Delivery Disclaimer

We only take responsibility for deliveries that we make ourselves with our delivery service.  We do not take responsibility for the product once we have left it with the receptionist, front desk or other 3 party person or drop-off point that you requested. Cakes are delicate and can slip and get damaged with inappropriate handling. Therefore, we do not take responsibility for items that you transport yourself or transported through a 3rd party delivery service which includes UberEats, DoorDash, Seamless/GrubHub, etc.
